Hello my little stars I´m going to introduce you in this section,but before we start I would like to tell you what is wellness and what is health. 

What is health? 

Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in which disease is absent.

What is wellness? 

We have wellness when we have self-responsibility for our own choices, behaviors and lifestyles but it is also significantly influenced by the environments in which we live.

Wellness is often confused with other terms such as health, wellbeing and happiness. But wellness is characterized by not referring to a static state of being.
